INTERNSHIP

Our internship position offers you a great deal of responsibility and gives you valuable experience as you start your career. Our structured program also helps to strengthen leadership and team building skills as well as give you client-facing experience.

 

As an intern with AIMEX, you will be at the forefront of merging Management Trainee, Business Development Associate, Sales and Operation Executive. While immersed in a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment, your coursework will be applied directly to real-world business goals.

 

An internship with AIMEX does not confer permanent full–time employment status. Interns are not entitled to employment benefits.

 
WHO WE LOOK FOR

We need career-minded individuals with goals to achieve and ladders to climb. Students that have demonstrated the ability to balance their studies while being involved in sports, charity work, Greek life, student government, or part/full-time jobs are encouraged to apply.

 

The responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to the following:

 
  • Sales/Marketing (no cold calling)
  • Operations
  • Research
  • Marketing Strategies and Sales Techniques
  • Manage Customer Service and Administration
  • Provide back-up coverage to front office reception area.
  • Perform additional activities and duties as assigned by the Director
  • Assist in various administrative tasks as needed.

FULL TIME/ PART TIME OPPORTUNITY

At AIMEX, a Management Trainee is the entry-level position for undergraduate. An Associate is the entry-level position for MBAs and masters of Science degrees. As a matter of policy, AIMEX promotes only from within. Thus, the successful Management Trainee and Associate can be promoted rapidly to more senior positions. Each year, the Company recruits fresh college graduates to work as Associates in various business units at the Home Office, located in New York City. The entry level full time position is for someone who eager to develop a long-term career in sales and operation and rapidly advance to management positions. The main things we look for in Management Trainee and Associates are a drive to learn, team work, a passion to improve the effectiveness of client organizations, and a commitment to accurate delivery.

SALES/ OPERATION EXECUTIVES

 
Map the account- build client relationships, create opportunity for solutions by building a sales pipeline for offering project based services.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
